How to Exchange or Return in 4 Easy Steps

  1. Contact us by sending an email to ATTPLTNE@GMAIL.COM letting us know if you'd like to exchange or return your item(s). We will send you our return form.

  2. Fill out the return form provided with your package. Please clearly indicate which items you wish to return and whether you prefer an exchange or a refund.

  3. Ship your package using the carrier of your choice within 30 days of receiving your order.

  4. Once we receive your return package at our warehouse, we will process your return within 10 business days. Our returns team will keep you updated by email.

What are the return conditions?
Our return policy allows you to return your order within 90 days of receipt with no explanation required. Items must be unused, unwashed, in resellable condition, and with tags still attached.
Please note: we do not accept returns for items purchased during giveaways or sales. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will vary depending on the carrier and the country from which the package is returned.

How long does it take to exchange a product?
If you choose to exchange a product when submitting your return, we will begin processing it immediately to ensure a quick resolution within a few days.

What if the product I want to exchange is no longer available?
If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, please contact our customer service. We’ll inform you about future availability or offer an alternative solution.

Where can I find my order number for the return?
Your order number is included in the confirmation email you received after purchase. It’s a five-digit code. If you're having trouble locating it, our customer support team will gladly assist you.

What if I received a damaged or defective product?
If you unfortunately receive a defective or damaged item, we're here to make it right. Please email ATTPLTNE@GMAIL.COM with a photo of the issue, and our customer service will contact you promptly to provide a solution.

What if I want to return my order after the 90-day period?
Be sure to return your order within the 90-day return window. If that's not possible, please contact us — we may explore options such as a replacement or store credit. Contact our customer service for more details.

Can I return a personalized order? No, personalized products cannot be returned, as they are made specifically according to the customer's preferences. This includes t-shirts with names, numbers, phrases, or any other custom details.

How long does it take to process a refund?
We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please note it may take up to 3 additional days for the refund to appear in your bank account.


Important Notice: Order Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it.

  • To cancel an order, contact our customer service via the email in the footer or our contact form, and include your order number, name, and contact details.

  • If the cancellation request is received within the first 12 hours, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 to 12 business days.

  • If the request is received after 12 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation, and a cancellation fee may apply.

  • In the event of cancellation, any discounts or promotional offers applied to the original order will be forfeited.

  • If the order has already been processed at our warehouse or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • If a customer refuses delivery, refund requests will not be approved, and a €15 penalty will be applied to cover logistics and potential lost packages.
